To be the most trusted name in Houston real estate. A team known not just for closing deals, but for changing lives. We envision a future where every client, from first-time buyers to seasoned investors, feels genuinely supported, fully informed, and proud of the journey that brought them home. Through continued investment in our community, our clients, and our craft, The Sumbera Team is committed to raising the standard of what real estate service can be.
Most people find an agent. My clients find an advocate.
That distinction has defined my career and fueled every decision I have made since the day I got into real estate. I am Daniela Sumbera, founder of The Sumbera Team at Keller Williams, and I believe that helping someone buy or sell a home is one of the greatest privileges in the world. It is about people. It is about your future.
The results speak for themselves. I was ranked number one at my brokerage in 2025, 2024, 2022, and number three in 2023, recognized as a Top 20 Under 40 by the Houston Association of Realtors, and named a Top 4 Under 40 by my local Chamber of Commerce. I served on the HAR Board of Directors, the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Board, and as a Director for both Family Promise of Lake Houston and the Humble ISD Foundation. I have been featured on Fox 26, Univision, and Telemundo, and ranked number 18 in the entire South Texas region.
But what I am most proud of is this: The Sumbera Team has contributed more than $80,000 to local nonprofits. We serve the Houston community not just as real estate professionals, but as neighbors who genuinely care about the people who live here.
When you work with The Sumbera Team, you get personalized strategy, deep local knowledge, and someone who is fully in your corner from the first conversation to the closing table.
I am a wife, a mom of two daughters, a reader, a traveler, and yes, passionate about helping people live their best lives. I show up for my clients the same way I show up for the people I love.
